    You may also verbally confirm your consent with our staff or sign up through an online or paper form.

  4. Message Frequency and Fees

    • The number of messages you receive will depend on your interactions with us and may vary from 1–4 messages per week (or more during active services, promotions, or appointment periods).
    • Standard text messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Rite Home Health Care Services is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your mobile provider.
  5. How to Opt Out

    You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time:

    • Replying STOP to any message (this will unsubscribe you from all future messages).
    • Contact us directly at 704-266-4486 and request removal from our SMS list
    • Decline or leave the SMS consent box unchecked on any forms

    After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.
